When authorities start to go ballistic the best thing to do is unplug.

Breaking an impasse is hard work. It entails running away from a big monster when the monster tries to: 1) hold you hostage, 2) hold you captive and 3) attempt to railroad you. Right when you are at the end of your rope; that is exactly when you need to use all your skills and run.
Working for a huge corporation means that the employee often is subjected to employment restructures. Many companies have gone through this stage in order to survive financially. Top management and CEO’s of leading corporations often believe they are forced to have an employment restructure in order to save the corporation at hand. To them, and to many of their share-holders the company is like a baby who needs adults to make sacrifices for them in order for the baby to continue to exist in the world. In a sense this element of a business restructure is a Natural Selection element in our dog eat dog world.
One of the world biggest companies have recently created a restructure which has been labeled “Generation X.” This work restructure entailed the corporation to hit the internal hierarchical structure on the proverbial head hence shattering their skeleton model of a very basic hierarchical organization structure into creating many more complex and a condensed version of the skeleton model structure. The simplicity singular component became a complex set of components. This is an example of upside down Minimalist art – namely having a minimalist skeleton model basic organizational structure replaced by a multitude and a much more complex designed structure.
This restructure mimics Totalitarianism and Despot ruling; but at the same time disguises herself under the cloak of decentralization. It is not a fair decentralization because the power all rests at the top with the lead authority. Virtually zero power rests in the hands of the decentralized, rendering employees affected by this change-over:
[a] stripped of the autonomy in their departments
[b] being completely controlled by authorities.

Last night I dreamt of a rectangle natural gas fire table with a fire flame coming out of it. This dream has significance to me because it represents my life and my abilities. This little fire in a self contained unit, which is domestic and small in size is what I can handle and take care of well versus a huge British Columbia wild fire which is almost 100% out of control due to environmental, natural and ecological factors. This fire in my dream is a controlled fire which is calm and warm versus terrifying. This dream made me feel safe and comfortable within my self and my understanding of my life and capabilities. It is a dream representing personal knowledge and self understanding. A very insightful dream to me. I am very happy I had it and feel safe because of my dream.

A Stop Gap is a method that is used to prevent something from happening. It starts as a short-term situation and it can then lead to a longer term situation. The idea of a Stop Gap is to prevent something unwanted to occur. It is often used in business communications.

This morning from 900 am to 11 am I had a nightmare after twisting and turning all night last night. In my nightmare I was a passenger on a large jetliner. I was seated about half way down from the front of the aircraft with a window seat. I looked out of the window and could see all kinds of other aircraft crashing into the ground and going on fire. Each side of the aircraft had a set of little oval shaped airliner windows and on each side I could see multiple airliners crashing into the ground and turning into flames caused by the crash. I told the other passengers on the aircraft, “there is something wrong with the pilot flying this aircraft, we are all about to die. Look outside the window and see all the other planes crashing and burning.” None of the other passengers reacted and in fact they stayed seated in their seats and were in a complete denial of the fact that our aircraft had descended to just above ground-level and the left wing of the aircraft was scraping the side of a building and creating sparks of flames from the impact. All the passengers, except me was non-reactive to this emergency. It seemed like I was the only one aware of the potential fatal impact our aircraft was about to have and all the other passengers were sitting in their seats not reacting and in a comatose state.
I then found myself looking for the black box. I went into the belly of the aircraft well under the passengers and I found a black square unit. All of a sudden there was another female adult helping me; and a very large muscular man of African American heritage walked closer and closer to me and the other lady. I remember feeling unsure if this man was going to help or harm us. He ended up helping us by jumping down into the black square unit and he started to fish out wet childrens’ clothes and throwing them on the platform me and the unknown female were standing on. Then somehow, I was in the black square unit and I started to pull the cover off of the ground-floor and there was the fast moving ground underneath me. The velocity of the aircraft was way too fast to be able to jump out of the aircraft and live.
Then I awoke from my nightmare. (Images: Generation X)
Victoria City is a city of extremes. Mostly the culture is ‘high Victorian’, which means that it is of British Colonial heritage. The first official judge in Victoria City, according to local documentation was Sir Matthew Baillie Begbie (9 May 1819 – 11 June 1894). The Law Library at the University of Victoria, BC Canada, used to have a statue of Justice Begbie, about 7 years ago. Then something happened to the statue, which disappeared one night into thin air. This mysterious disappearance of the statue led to the resolve of the conflict between Victoria City Colonialism and one of the Indigenous tribes. Justice Begbie is known to have hung an Indigenous chief. This act of hanging the chief of a tribe, is like Nelson Mandela’s father who was a counselor to kings in South Africa, and who was virtually stripped of all his power within his village and within his tribe caused by the Apartheid Republic of South African regime. Many Indigenous individuals, and through some course work through the UVic Law Degree, draw a parallel with Apartheid South Africa and the current Canadian government. This is a subject which I will exit, because my Dutch heritage omits me from having an opinion on colonialism. Instead, I like to venture into historic accounts and learn what historians and academics had to say on the subject. I also like to explore history to find answers to our current day society. In Victoria city – the biggest divide, is in the lack of innovation and the underdevelopment of laws. Our city of Victoria is only 150 years old, that is when the city got inaugurated; and to me, that means my birth country is still in an infancy stage. The laws to protect humans are inadequate, and it is not the fault of the country to have inadequate laws. Western Europe took more than 2000 years to develop their law systems, so it is impossible for Canada to have caught up on their sophicated laws in 1/20 the amount of time. Canada is a unique country and unique laws. It will take at least another 1500 years to reach a mature stage of law creation, modification and implementation. Until that time, there will be cowboys who profit off the economical system of free entreprise and there will be citizens who suffer the consequences of the free enterprise Neo Liberal system in which so far (in 2017) is ingrained in many British Columbian’s psyches. As of July 18th, Victoria City will have a new Premier, Mr. John Horgan of the BC NDP however, in my opinion, it is going to take more then hypnotism to try to get the capitalist Neo Liberalism wolves to transform into socialist welfare state sheep.
My city. My Circus.
